The location proved practical for my needs.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the food service would cease at 5:30 PM due to a staff meeting, also the bar would not be available. I found it difficult to find an alternative dining option in an unfamiliar area.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating and managed to check me in a little bit early. The room was spotlessly clean and I enjoyed the free parking.
The room was set up for only one person. The shower provided intermittent hot and cold water (which was not ideal).

The room was clean and recently refurbished. it looked nice. the bed was comfortable, and the room remained quiet throughout the night. the bathroom was spacious and had fresh towels. I found these details very cute.
the public area furniture looked quite dated and worn, so it initially gave the wrong impression.

the staff offered great service, especially daniel, who worked hard. he handled orders efficiently even while managing a busy shift alone! my milkshake and hot chocolate arrived quickly despite ordering through the app.

the location is convenient, with plenty of car parking available. the hotel is within walking distance of essential facilities. it is also situated close to the a19 motorway, which helped a lot during my business trip!

Inconsistent Burger Presentation

The staff were polite and the rooms looked clean.
I ordered a burger that was listed as coming with onion rings. I asked the server about this before ordering and he confirmed that the burgers included onion rings. The burger arrived without onion rings. The server gave me a shrug and walked off when I asked about this inconsistency.

broken heatermissing blind cord
The bathroom heater seemed broken. It had supposedly been that way since the refurbishment a couple of years ago. The blind cord on the bathroom window was also missing, it was freezing in there. We only had one bath towel, one hand towel, and glassware for a single person.
